Responsibilities include conducting a class of 24 or less in a traditional classroom setting utilizing technology; creating, updating and consistently utilizing a D2L page to support classroom activities; grading assignments and effectively communicating grades to students throughout the semester, cumulating and officially reporting final grades at the end of the semester. We are looking to hire faculty with exemplary organizational and communication skills, the ability to collaborate across campuses and disciplines, who embrace technology, and who promote and deliver an innovative, student-centered, active-learning pedagogy in a variety of formats.
Interdisciplinary seminar focused on various religious and philosophical traditions, including one or more Catholic or Benedictine hallmark(s).
Master’s degree in a related discipline, experience in the field and higher education teaching experience required.
