Job Description

St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church has an immediate opening for a full-time Coordinator of High School Youth Ministry. This person will work closely with the Pastor, Director of Religious Education, and Middle School Youth Minister to provide a positive environment for our parish youth to grow and flourish within our community. This position will include direct leadership of the parish’s High School Youth Ministry program, including Confirmation. This position will need to provide leadership, vision, and a spirit of evangelization for the ministry. The candidate must connect with families and volunteers in the realization of this ministry. Qualified candidates include: a practicing Roman Catholic whose actions reflect that of our faith and whose spirituality and beliefs are in agreement with the Magisterium. A degree in theology or equivalent education needed. Youth Ministry experience a must, Life Teen experience preferred. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
