Experience the joy of working in a dynamic education environment that focuses on forming faith-filled leaders. Servite High School is seeking a Director of Annual Giving to lead its annual appeals, President’s Club and Corporate giving programs, and to develop strategies for an Annual Fund Plan.
Servite was founded in 1958 and has 910 students and nearly 9,000 alumni. We have outstanding faculty and coaches, and exemplary programs in leadership formation, theater, academics and athletics.
A major capital campaign is under way. An alumni/parent magazine and attractive website are in place. There are five community-building and fundraising events. The Director of Annual Giving reports to the Vice President of Advancement, supervises two staff, and works with a talented team of Advancement personnel, volunteers and Communications staff.
Servite will hire a candidate with at least 3 years experience in fundraising or related field who best demonstrates:
This is a Full Time, Exempt, 12 month position. Hours are approx. 8 am – 5 pm with some evening and weekend work. Servite High School offers a full benefits package with medical/dental/vision, vacation and retirement plans. Salary is commensurate with experience. Criminal background check required.
