Job Description

The Parish Business Administrator’s duties include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting the pastor in overseeing the daily operation of the parish.
• Financial Management of the Parish.
• Overseeing the Maintenance, Cemetery and Accounting Departments.
• Preparing Annual Reports for the Archdiocese and Parish.
• Providing support to the Faith Formation department and the school.

Job Qualifications

The Parish Business Administrator must have at least a four-year college degree. They also must have or would be willing to complete the Archdiocesan certification for Parish Business Administrator.

This position requires an understanding and acceptance of Catholic Doctrine, because of this the applicant must be an active Catholic in good standing.

Salary: $50K+ and benefits
