Job Description

Magnificat High School is presently searching for our next Vice President of Institutional Advancement to provide strategic leadership in the areas of fund development, marketing and admissions.

This is a full-time role reporting to the President and is one of seven positions which make up the Leadership Team of Magnificat High School. The Vice President of Institutional Advancement supervises all members of the Advancement/Fund Development Team, Marketing and Admissions Departments.

Required qualifications include: Master’s degree in relevant field such as, advancement, philanthropy, marketing, business, or communications, 10+ years of experience in a leadership role in advancement, marketing or communications preferably in an academic or charitable institution, 5+ years of experience in management or in a supervisory role, trained in staff development & evaluation, excellent communication skills, and availability for travel (10% of time).
