The Archdiocese of Atlanta seeks a part-time Receptionist (22.5 hours per week; 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., M-F) to provide an efficient and professional reception for the main office located in Smyrna. Requirements include: prior experience operating a multi-line switchboard; must have good computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook); candidates with an understanding of the Spanish (spoken) language preferred; willingness and ability to learn Archdiocesan computer programs; knowledge of the Catholic Faith is highly desirable.
