Job Description:
The Business Analyst will perform complex analysis in an evolving data environment. He/she will be responsible for the development and maintenance of business reports, databases, dashboards, and data extracts for the Operations unit of the Office of Admission.
In addition to very strong technical skills, this position will have superb business process analysis and interpersonal skills. He/she will possess the ability to extract and analyze data with the subsequent ability to synthesize the data into information consumable by senior business managers.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for working across multiple operating teams to gather requirements for report design, development, and report production scheduling. He/she will be responsible for the consistency and integrity of reporting data. The Business Analyst routinely interacts with key personnel (up to and including Senior Management) to meet the Enrollment Operations reporting and data presentation objectives.

Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years experience of database design, report generation, and distribution; Minimum of 3 years data analyst experience required.
He/she must be able to work in a fast paced environment and juggle multiple tasks. He/she must be able to work effectively independently and as a team member.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and project management skills are required.
Knowledgeable in programming methodology, computer software, report generation methods, data communication and transaction based processing.
He/she must demonstrate excellent customer service skills to internal and external clients at all times.
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends to meet stated deadlines.
Able to work independently with little direction.
Prepare and present quantitative information in a professional format that is easy to interpret.
