The Department of Campus Ministry seeks applicants for a Campus Minister for Community Service & Partnerships. This Campus Minister is responsible for providing reflection, prayer and service opportunities that develop in members of the College community a deeper appreciation of the Gospel, Catholic Social Teachings and a readiness to live out the mission of Stonehill College in their own lives.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
Master’s degree (M. A.) in Theology, Divinity, Pastoral Ministry, or related field or equivalent. Knowledge of Catholic Social Teaching. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office suite. Candidate should possess experience in higher education, developing and sustaining relationships with social service agencies. Ongoing understanding of student leadership development, justice education and various facets of Campus Ministry is preferred.
Other Qualification
Must be available to travel with student group during winter break trip to New York City, attend some retreats and most regular Sunday liturgies.
