The ideal candidate for the next President of Chaminade-Madonna will be:
The President needs to have a demonstrated capacity for broad institutional leadership and administration. Candidates should have teaching experience (minimum 5 years) and a strong background in K-12 or higher education administration, preferably in Catholic institutions. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, forward-thinking individual who has shown success in building widespread support for an organization through collaborative efforts with internal and external stakeholders. Strong financial management expertise should be accompanied by the ability to execute sound short- and long-term fiscal planning. Candidates should have experience that demonstrates strategic, visionary, and compelling leadership and successful management within a dynamic organization.
An earned bachelor’s degree and advanced degree or equivalent is required.
Annual compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience. A benefits package including Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, 401K Plan, and Paid Time Off will also be provided as part of the compensation package.
