Job Description

The Director of Faith Formation…

• Must be well-formed in Catholic theology and spirituality and be comfortable sharing his/her faith with both youth and adults
• Must have a mature personal spiritual life that is grounded in prayer, frequent reception of the sacraments and solid personal moral behavior which could serve as a strong
  example to the youth.
• Must believe that a conversion of heart to Jesus Christ and the Church is the purpose of all Faith Formation programs.
• Must understand and be able to effectively implement the dynamics of both religious education and youth ministry for high school and middle school youth; preferably having
  prior youth ministry experience.

In an effort to support the New Evangelization, the director must be able to work under the leadership of the Director of Evangelization & Faith Formation and in collaboration with the other directors of faith formation. Proficiency in social media and technology is vital.

This is a full-time salaried position with benefits.
