The Director of Mission Integration and Campus Ministry is a full-time, twelve month position that is responsible for developing a deepened awareness of Hilbert College’s Catholic Franciscan mission and ensuring its implementation and integration into the decisions, policies, procedures, programs, and activities of the College. The position also serves the Liturgical, pastoral, and spiritual needs of the College community, particularly its students, in a manner consistent with the norms of the Roman Catholic Church. This individual plans, coordinates, and executes mission-based programs, on-going formation programs, liturgical activities, retreats, service projects, and Masses. Since this position is related to the spiritual life of the College, the individual must be a person of faith and prayer. This individual shares supervisory responsibility of the College Chaplain and is responsible to the College President as well as reports periodically to the Administrative Council.
