Job Description

Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish, a vibrant 1,200 family community in Anchorage, Alaska, is seeking a passionate Catholic who is called vocationally to serve young people, for full time employment as the Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministry. Personal holiness and a heartfelt desire to lead teens closer to the heart of our Lord are key traits.

Applicants should have at least a Bachelors degree in a related field and a minimum of three years experience in youth ministry.

Responsible for overseeing continued vision and growth of the Jr. and Sr. High programs, including Confirmation, with special attention given to empowering lay leadership among both adults and teens.
