The Director of the office of Evangelization and Catechesis is responsible for the overall coordination, direction and management of the office of Evangelization and Catechesis. The position reports to the Secretariat for Formation and Spirituality and operates under general supervision with wide latitude for the use of independent judgment and initiative.
Education and Trainings: Master’s Degree in theology from an accredited American Catholic university or equivalent in a foreign country.
Experience: 3 (three) years of full time wage earning experience or equivalent as a volunteer in a leadership role, which must have included focus on overseeing and evaluating a Religious Education and Formation program.
Language: Bilingual English-Spanish (proficient in conversing, reading, and writing) preferred.
Catholic Requirement: Must be a practicing Catholic in good standing.
