The Human Resource Generalist’s role is to administer policies relating to all phases of human resources activity by performing the following duties: projects (as assigned by Director of Human Resources or Executive Leadership) that will move FOCUS forward as an organization, ensuring compliance on FOCUS policies, and administration and training for employees in various human resource and performance management systems.
