Job Description

The Parish Center Coordinator is responsible for coordination and scheduling of activities, services and on-site preparations for rental and special use events in the Parish Center and the church Undercroft for church parishioners and non-parishioners. The position requires evening and weekend hours. The Coordinator must be easily accessible to those who need to come to the buildings before, during and after rental events. Event planning experience is preferred and attention to detail is a requirement. Must be able to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds. This position will total fewer than 20 hours per week. The position does not qualify for benefits.
